Hospice offers grief counseling for those in the last phases of a life-limiting illness. In addition, the bereavement coordinator assists family members for up to 13 months following a patient's death.
Grief counseling is also available to residents in our area without someone currently enrolled in Hospice, but needing our special services. We offer counseling for both adults and children.
"Camp Courage", an annual, one-day event, addresses bereaved children ages 6-13. The camp seeks to meet the emotional needs of children who have lost loved ones, whether or not enrolled in Hospice. The camp (free to these children) relies on generous community support.
If you would like more information about support groups, individual counseling, or our children's bereavement camp, please contact our bereavement coordinator, or click here to download the bereavement brochure.
