Palliative Care

Hospice offers our palliative care program to patients with a life-limiting disease who are still receiving aggressive treatment. Palliative care seeks to improve quality of life for patient and family.

Our team serves as liaison between patients and the medical community. The Hospice palliative care team includes a physician, nurse, social worker, spiritual counselors, and trained volunteers.
